Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Food was nasty. Not fresh. Drinks in fountain are watered down. Also you walk in and all of the tables are covered with food. Counter that employees are making food is covered with food. How hard is it to take a wet towel and wipe the tables and counters. No limes and caso dip was cold. Employees look lost and are standing around. I don’t normally make reviews on places because I know it can hurt their business however this is the closest chipotle to me and it’s also very nice but they need to get it together."

"Chipotle is notorious for the food, hands down. Food is good. However - I do understand, and know from experience, that chipotle wouldn’t mind hiring young people who are not stable in their personal lives, and it shows in volume here at the Bolingbrook location. The place is a mess!!! My wife went to get me lemonade, and the machine squirted lemonade on her. That’s strike 2. Customer service? Food was made in a “I kinda don’t want to eat the food anymore” way. Everything is rushed… please address this, Chipotle. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. Eating the food at home!!"

"Terrible food. Did an online order. My bowl is missing some condiments. Over stuffed my bowl with rice. The rice tastes terrible whoever cooked it needs a cooking class. On top of that missing my chips. This bowl was not worth the $15. This location is pathetic with pathetic employees that are distracted with nonsense conversations. Close this location down not even worth opening up a new one."

"This experience was horrible. I walked in and there is food everywhere but where it need to be with no exaggeration. One guy rushing bowls and the line only had 3 people in it. He’s throwing containers. Just sloppy tbh. I stayed bc I needed something to eat. First guy does my bowl civilized then he hands it off to the other guy and he’s just rushing and just doing too much. No one was behind me. I check out and “used” my chip reward. I noticed the price didn’t change and the reward was still on my account. So I showed the the girl at the register ask are you sure it went through. She said yes. I checked the receipt it in fact did not go through. I get home ready to eat my bowl. I have pieces of steak in my bowl and cheese in my guacamole. This would’ve been fine if 1. I wasn’t ALLERGIC to cheese and 2. I ate steak. I tried to call. Got an operator telling me to fill out a survey. Worse experience I had with chipotle and very inconvenient I can’t talk to the store. Different waste of $14.52."

"Clean new location. Plenty of parking and they have a drive through. Employees are young and still new to the work so they are slow. Ingredients were fresh though and the quesadilla and bowl were delicious. They were busy which is expected since the smaller location that got closed was extremely busy too."
