"This place is a hole since Braden doesn't manage it anymore. It's always filthy, hash everywhere. The employees are very slow and never pay attention to the line or greeting people when they walk in. When Braden ran it you were in and out like QT in the Lou. The need training in cleanliness, speed and customer service. Looks like an episode of prison break ."
