"The food was good, but I came on a Sunday morning, and me, I’m a rather patient person. But when I saw my food was taking long; and by long I mean 12 minutes just for 5 tenders and a small mash and gravy, and keep in mind it wasn’t busy, all I saw was people bundled up in the kitchen dancing with a manager it seemed like, because a few weeks ago I came a little after 5, and that same manager woman was giving me problems because all I was missing was a small fry, and she was the one who was supposed to help me but instead gave me lots of attitude and cursed me out in Spanish, I speak Spanish even though it doesn’t look like it and her behavior was not professional at all."

"Don't expect to get your prepaid mobile order pick up order 5, 10, or even 15 minutes after the arrival time the app tells you the order will be ready by. You can arrive 10 minutes after the ready time, and THAT'S when they'll start putting the order together. You'll wait at least 25 minutes after arriving and being told "just a couple of minutes" to finally pick up the order you purchased an hour ago. You'll also have to remind them that the order has drinks..after they say "thank you, have a nice day". When you get home you'll realize that they missed a side order. Similar experience last time my wife wanted Popeye's."

"Giving a 3; star I use this location often however I always ask for a fresh chicken sandwich and let them know every single time I can wait the 5-7 minutes. As usual I order and even ask the mgr if it's fresh he states yes. I call a couple minutes later talking to the Mgr Arturo and asked him if he remembered me and why he did not make my sandwich fresh. He stated welp they just dropped them 10 min before you arrived. I explained if I wanted an old sandwich I would have no problem. But I waited specifically for a fresh sandwich and this was the result. Arturo said you can come in while I'm here and I can replace it otherwise you will have to bring the receipt and sandwich back when you come back. Lost my entire business at this location."

"EACH time I order Somehow they “lose” or misplace the receipt. I let it pass the first and second time but now the third time? Ordered a combo for drive thru through mobile and they gave it to someone else & didn’t want to give me my order. I used my points to get a free drink and fries. Did not receive any of that. Worst service ever. So slow even when no one is in there."

"This was the most saddest dissatisfying experience I’ve ever had at popeyes .. the fact that you sell uncooked chicken is DISGUSTING. Please do not go here this is a place where you will get sick."
