"Very nice restaurant in a good location. The food was very good and the menu had a wide variety to choose from. The server was knowledgeable and prompt. Like all other restaurants after the pandemic, make sure and look at the menu for pricing. Nothing here is uncompetitive, but it seems expensive by the old standards. Facility is a nice old building on the downtown square."
"The food in this place is really good; I liked the beer-battered asparagus, the biscuit, and the gravy. The brewhouse burger was good; just the jam tasted more like BBQ, and the bread pudding was really good. The place in a historic building looks so nice, and the customer service is great. Parking is tough to find."
"We came here for a work function, and I was a little apprehensive as I've been by here before and didn't really get the sense it was a place I would enjoy. When I'm wrong, I will admit it. I was absolutely wrong. From the getting you get when you enter, the bartender is offering up tasty drinks, and the manager is giving up advice on what to eat while we wait for the rest of our party to arrive. Now let's talk food. I only got one picture, but I will tell you the rest of it looked just as good as my steak. Next to a good hamburger, I love a great steak. I don't normally order them because a lot of places don't know how to season or cook them. Let me tell you, this place knows how to season a steak! This was one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. It was juicy, flavorful, and absolutely amazing. My only critique was that the outside was charred a bit much, making it harder to cut. My coworkers had the meatloaf and string chicken. They loved it as well. The only reason there was food left on the plate was because we were so full. I truly can't wait to come back with my family and try some other items. Chicken and waffles looked really good!"
"This place is in a historic building. It has a cool ambiance but the room way in the back is humid and has a funny smelly smell. We were going to be sitting there but my husband and I quickly asked for different seating and we were sat in the middle room which had much better ventilation and was dry. The food was delicious. The spinach and artichoke dip could have been better. I didn’t like that I had to pay an extra $1.50 for fruit on my French toast and extra $2.00 for a scoop of cream. My server just asked if I wanted fruit and cream but my husband’s waffle came with it included. I’m also used to having powdered sugar on my French toast. Overall this place is good and I will be back to try different things on the menu."
"What am incredible place. A gem! Clean all around. Hardwood floors. Great music. Super cool bathrooms. Oh yeah the food. Makes no sense how good can be that good honestly. Shout out to the cooks!!! If you are in the “666” you HAVE to eat here. P E R I O D."
