"Went inside place was spotless. Humans were friendly and kind. The food was good, but all of my Supreme upgrades were made without the Supreme Part, so I wasted money on the upcharge, but other than $5 down, food was hot and good."

"Absolutely the worse tacobell I’ve ever been to hands down. I ordered food it took 15-20 mins and then it was ALL cold. I asked for a new burrito they put beans on it when the first one didn’t have any. (Allergic to beans but I’m not a confrontational person so I didn’t go back and just threw all my food away) absolutely just horrible service."

"Went through the drive thru once and the cashier was whispering through the microphone, I asked her if she was OK and she acted as if she nothing was happening. Another time I came and after waiting 10 minutes for 2 cars. The cashier SCREAMED through the microphone, very rude. I found that every single item in my box was wet on the corner, and it looked to be spit as I couldn't imagine anything else the same consistency and color. My order is almost always scuffed up in some type of way there, and this was the final straw. Very bad service they need a complete overhaul."

"They gave me the completely wrong order in the drive thru. Looks like someone else's order and had to go back in line for it to be fixed. They should be paying attention more to the orders and repeating back said order when giving it back. I've worked in food service before and this is just terrible especially wasting people's time for them to get their right order."
