"What an amazing experience. I was there in one day and came back on the following day. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is an unique experience. The hotdogs made with chillis, meat and sausage are the best with cheddar cheese as a side. Amazing experience and now it’s one of my favorite places in US."

"They struggle to get it right at this location often. On this particular trip I asked for extra beef and hot peppers. It looks like the original amount of beef. The hot peppers were not really there."

"Unexpectedly staying in the Naperville area due to poor weather conditions. But bonus for Portillos being close by. We stopped by late and it was not busy due to the weather. Employees were nice, but more focused on closing duties than being available for guests. Ordered the my standard Big Beef with cheese and hot peppers with fries and cheese sauce. Amazing. Restaurant has standard Portillos look, but it feels like it needs a refresh. Other than that it was great."

"I went to Portillo's have lunch. The restaurant have a nice decorations, friendly and fast sales people. But my lunch is no good. I order Italian beef sandwich, because they show picture, how the sandwich looks like. After I open my food, I was very surprise. The meat look like set in the water long time and the buns was very soft and wet. It was tasted no good. Never ever."

"Great food, reliable quality. Char broiled burgers and chicago dogs are what the west coast (where we're from) is missing. The poppy seed buns are toasty and soft. The Italian beef sandwich was dripping & flavorful - must be consumed asap or it's too soggy! Cake shake was too dense for the straw haha."
