"Ambiance is good. Both Veg and Non-Veg options are more, but the taste is okay. The manchow soup had raw onions in it, which I was not expecting. Same was the case with Gobi manchurian. The silverware cutleries was not clean, I had to clean it myself."
"Highly not recommended, save your self from ER! I went there with my family. We ordered burnt garlic fried rice, my sister was eating the rice and something hard got crushed in her teeth she spit it out and found out it was a sharp piece of plastic. We talked to the manager and she apologized also offered us another dish for free, but we were so disappointed that we didn’t order anything else. The manager told us they don’t use glass or plastic in kitchen so they don’t know how it happened. Small piece of sharp plastic can be dangerous, if swallowed can damage organs my sister was lucky enough she didn’t swallow it. I would never ever go to this place again. I don’t think the chef is paying attention while cooking since this mistake can be life threatening. They need to pay more attention to quality of food and also they need to follow guidelines set by the city. I hope this never happens again with anyone else."
"Throughly disappointed with the service. We were a group of 4 people who drove all the way from Chicago to Naperville (30+ miles) to have Indochinese food. On reaching, we were offered a table which was too snug and uncomfortable for 4 people. My friend requested a bigger table, the waiter refused. I requested again saying this is uncomfortable, can we please be seated at a bigger table to which the waiter said “No. we need the table if other customers come”. For reference, the restaurant was 80% empty. Please refer to the pictures I have taken of the restaurant at that point. I would completely agree to this if the restaurant didn’t have other tables available but there was more than enough space and we could’ve sat at a bigger table on requesting twice. This just translates to me as being rude and inflexible. At the end, given the table and seating was small, the waiter spilled water on me. To which, the waiter apologized very unapologetically. I 100% give benefit of the doubt to the spill, and I understand it was not intentional, but just made the experience from bad to worse. The food is decent, 5/10. I wouldn’t go back and neither recommended ever anyone to go back again to a restaurant where they make you scooch in an uncomfortable space. 1/10 for service. Just a sad experience."
"Just visited inchins on a weekday(Monday) at around 1PM. I have asked the receptionist for a lunch special and he straight away said that there is no such concept of lunch special. I even showed him the lunch special and he mentioned that it is available only on doordash. While we entered the restaurant itself, we could see a poster that said the lunch menu was available for dine-in. The management needs to be changed, if not they need to be guided properly. Such kind of wrong information shouldn't be passed to the customers. To that disappointment we ordered burnt garlic rice and a curry. The plate was large but the quantity was less. It is slightly expensive for that kind of quantity. I don't think I can recommend this restaurant. Service: 1/5 because the receptionist doesn't have enough knowledge on the menu and was having less patience Food- 2/5 Though this place has a 2.8 rating, I still went to this place because of the brand of Inchins, but it is not worth the money. The management should be guided properly. Overall: 2/5"
