"There has been multiple times when I have shown up during working hours and they are not taking orders. The hours posted are 9am-10pm. Today at 9:52am the drive thru was unresponsive and the doors were locked. This is not the first time. This is probably the worst run Taco Bell in the world."

"We waited one hour in Drive-thru to get our order. It felt like we’re just waiting to order fresh food out of a farm ? Come on, this is not a regular Tacobell!!! This is something else branded Tacobell!!! Food on the other hand was never felt like it is regular Tacobell!!! What is the point of this place if the food is not like the real Tacobell or the service is not even like the regular one? Will I ever come back? I swear, I am never coming back! 01/28/24 - Ended up coming to this location again, ordered soft tacos and we literally got one or two potatoes in each taco. This place never surprises me with good food or service I guess and I guess Tacobell is also not at all worried!"

"Once you get in the drive thru line you can not get out. Waited 47 minutes and once I paid it was another 9 minutes. Only for them to forget 4 things from my order. Tried calling and phone doesn’t work. Was not going to wait in line again. Place is a joke. And wow. Update, I finally got to eating and there is legit slim to no meat/potatoes on these. Horrible location."

"The staff here is slacking and seemed like don’t care attitude. The staff literally ignored us for 10 mins and after I shouted “Hello” then one guy showed up and said that we have to use the Kiosk to order out food I mean like why waste our time in the first place? Like other reviewer said they should be paid per order incentives. Also the front door was locked to get in."

I will never come here again. The staff is in no rush at all. receive a per-per-mission fee, and they simply don’t care about the result of their work"
