"Worst customer experience, unprofessional staff and terrible service. No gloves, no mask. The girl picking fries with her fingers from the basket and eating right there. Ordered Dave's double and spicy chicken. Burger was very dry and tasted weird, like rotten meat, stale buns, vegetables not fresh. The place is very dirty. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. Had a terrible stomach ache. This place should shut down !"

"Just went through the drive thru and ordered a meal with orange soda and we received a meal and a soda with three dead gnats in it. I called the store and talked to the closing manager who told me he didn't know how the gnats got into the drink. He said it was unfortunate that it happened and that they hadn't received any complaints all day. He also said their cups were covered in plastic and asked if we had a drink with ice or without ice. Does that matter when you have gnats in your drink? I asked what they would do to rectify the situation and he said there wasn't anything he could do. He told me I could call the store manager tomorrow morning. Great service....I think not. Here is the picture for proof."

"Garbage. Waited for 12 min, no biggie I get it, everyone is in need of people. No fault of theirs. That's not what this is about. I ordered ONE burger, a single. And ONE small fry. How in gods name do you eff up that order? Had the literal 2 items I requested it to NOT have. And it was a double. Not a good intro. Secondly, they gave me a bun with blue mold beginning to grow. Is it OK to pay you in Canadian money here in Illinois? No? You ask for U.S. currency? Well, I asked for a single, non expired food item. Is it OK to receive moldy garbage I didn't ask for? No. It's not. Get it together. If people have to wait an exponentially longer amount of time for their order, you should at least have the sense to get the order correct, and in code."
