"It was a pleasant experience upon arrival in the drive thru even if it was closing time the associate still allowed myself and my daughter to place an order ,the bun on the whopper was a little dried out but over all the food was good and well prepared as requested"

"My fries were cold and stale. My onion rings were cold. The cheese on my Texas Whopper was nasty. It took them 30mins for my order. Not going to this location again!"

"The reviews about the weird wait times are accurate. I waited 5 minutes for the car in front of me to place their order, was asked at the ordering screen to wait “just a second” which lasted another 5 minutes, and waited a final 5 minutes for the car in front of me at the window. The line behind me backed up pretty far. They said their system was having issues, but I have a hard time believing it since this issue and excuse go back at least a year. To top it all off, they apparently no longer give sauces (my order came with none) and have a printout in the window saying they cost 25¢ each. The food I got was made accurate to my customizations in the mobile app and there were no issues with the quality (except the mayo was a little transparent and greasy but I’ll give that a pass.) Overall, if the wait times were normal and they stopped hoarding the sauces, I’d give them closer to a 4 or 5, but as it is, their only saving grace is the fact they didn’t mess up my order."

"It's fast food people. Fast and got when you need it. I got the original chicken sandwich. They where a little heavy on the mayo but again its fast food. I was surprised at the line at 10:30pm. I guess it's one of the only fast food restaurants on 59 in West Chicago that stays open late. The line went pretty fast I thought it would take forever, but burger king has there staffing on point for the heavy traffic they get late at night."
