Joliet - Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

"Tonight we had a horrible delivery because of door dash. The pizza was entirely slid off and unsavable. When I called, Martin was so kind and doing everything he could to make sure this was remedied. At this point it was already 9pm and he remade our pizza and personally delivered it after closing. It was also probably one of the best pizzas we have gotten from there in a while. Martin went above and beyond for us as the customer tonight and to make sure we got fed, even if it was later than we originally planned."

"My first time trying. Never knew this place even existed till recently. Got to say I actually like the pizza here. Reminds me a little of Homerunn Inn pizza but tastier. I got thin crust. Had a nice crunch to it. Sauce was very good. I really like that they sell their pizza in the frozen section too. So you can buy a pizza to put in freezer for another day. They also had Italian ice. Freshly made salad was available to purchase . Yes I will return again. Glad I discovered this hidden gem near home. FYI.. I ordered on the website and pick up. Was much easier for me."

"I have tried Lou Malnati’s from other locations in the past and has been great so I figured I would try the one in Joliet. Overall atmosphere and service is what you would expect. The pizza was good, a bit pricey, but good, toppings were fresh and cheese was plenty, the signature butter crust on this occasion did not seem up to par, rather soggy and not as crispy as I remembered. Still very good pizza and would recommend trying this location and make your own opinion."
