"Been here a few times and after every visit I tell myself I am not coming back again. Keep giving them another chance because they’re a small business and their meat is halal. Burger is mediocre. Fries are really bad; always too dry or too greasy. Always long wait times. Horrible service and argumentative staff. Pricing is deceptive and they charge you more than the price advertised on their menu and drive through. When you tell them about it they tell you “our prices went up” and they ask you “what do you want me to do?” How about fix the prices to reflect what you are actually charging people. Give a refund for the overcharged amount and don’t argue with the customers."

"Unfortunately we won’t be returning. I was just passing by so I used this location. Definitely will stick to Lombard! Fresh fries is only an option if you order by phone. I requested to give the cold ones back and please make me fresh ones, I was refused. Milk shake was ice cream with chocolate syrup, not a shake."

"Bumper 2 Burger in Aurora, Illinois is home to the Best burger I’ve ever had in my life. Everything from the fries, the burgers, even the sauces were created to pure and utter perfection. Fresh-cut fries that are cut daily and as needed, Fresh beef that is NEVER frozen and you can taste the freshness as soon as it hits your taste buds. The food was so good I had to stop myself from getting a couple more burger meals just for myself. As if the divine food wasn’t enough, the customer service was beyond what I could’ve expected. The man that took our orders was nothing less than a man who takes his food and customer satisfaction with utmost care and importance. If you are near the Aurora area, or willing to drive for a quality burger and bless your tastebuds with flavors of the divine, I implore you to visit this restaurant."
