"The good is customer service, product, cleanliness, accessibility, number of pumps and free air is always good. The not so good is the price tends to be a large margin difference than other communities. Sometimes would even be considered price gouging. As of October 2023, the difference within 30 minutes is almost .60 per gallon. Perhaps as one of the first stations over the bridge, the management sees this is a manner to make big profit. Fastlane ownership in the last year has tended to not be sensitive to the needs of the local community and economy from previous ownership who lived in Louisiana."
"Nice place to stop for a restroom break, fill up your tank, and grab a quick snack. Restrooms were clean and tidy, which is important when you're on the road. If I ever back in the area, I will stop in."
"I’ll start with not all of the staff are friendly. Most of the people who work here will not say a single word to you and will be having a separate conversation amongst each other while you, as the customer, stand at the counter waiting. I get off work at 11:30 pm and no matter what time i show up at this gas station the pumps are stopped and it’s claimed to be closed but the lights are on and door is open. i’ve shown up before 12 a.m and after 12 a.m. all at different times and the pumps are always off, the male overnights cashier is extremely slow and also not very friendly, one example being i tried to get gas and cigarettes the other night and when i got to the counter he was counting a drawer and had me standing in front of him at the counter for 2-3 minutes in silence before telling me the store was closed. i’m a patient person but if someone is waiting to be served and you see them come in and standing in front of you, you should notify them as they enter the establishment if it is closed. I think if you’re going to be open overnight then you should stick to that policy. Considering i don’t particularly know the policy this could be something that the company allows but truthfully shouldn’t be as you’re basically fully closed but it’s not? This is the only station that i know of in the pike area that is open overnight which i thought would be helpful but really is not good. Why be open every night if you’re not going to provide the product that the business is mainly known for."
"Nice place has alot of things"
"There is a guy that works here has really long hair, and my 6 yr old daughter points out to me his pants aren't pulled up. She said he has a hair butt crack. From a 6yr old saying this he needs to be reprimanded for this. Uncalled for at a convenience store considering that this is a place lots of families and other folks come to. Just doesnt make sense to me why it would seem appropriate for him to work at a convenience store and not keep up his appearance. As well as keeping the cans cleaned looked to be poop actually on the trash can he took the windshield wiper cleaner and now if someone cleans their windshield it's going to have poop on it."
