"Horrible experience. Plenty of places to patron and spend money for food. Rewards is incredibly deceiving. What should have been a free entree, still costs real money. The up charge for a side of sauce on an otherwise dry dish was $1.36. Manager and employees couldn’t be bothered. Last time I EVER go to Noodles at this location."

"We enjoyed a delicious meal on our way home. My meal was the spicy Asian beef and my partner enjoyed the penne rose pasta. Both dishes were done perfectly and brought out to our table. The restaurant interior itself was pretty sparse and didn't quite create an inviting atmosphere."

"Me and my friend had dinner at this location and had a bad experience. I’m not someone to write reviews but when we brought our issue to them they brushed us off. First off the place was not clean. Food on the floors and the drink machine covered in a red drink like someone had spilled it all over and it hadn’t been cleaned. My friend’s meal came without the seasoning and had to be brought separately. Our noodles were overcooked and falling apart. As we were eating we noticed little bits of something on our noodles. We started pulling the noodles out that had it. It seemed like it was fat from meat? But neither of us had meat in our meal. Or pieces left behind from a used pan? We brought the noodles up to workers who were not sure what the bits were. They brought it to the manager who said it was butter... These bits did not look/feel like butter at all. We’ve eaten at noodles countless times and never had anything like this in our noodles. Butter is not brown like this and is not gummy. The manager did not even come to speak to us or offer a refund. Neither of us ate the rest of our noodles because we were very grossed out."

"The gentleman that helped us, first never told me my total just told me to tap my card when I see blue. Second he screwed up my son's sides, but thankfully corrected it right away. Third never gave us his juice so had to grab that as well. And fourth, my son said the Mac and cheese tasted not so good, so barely had half of it. Overall, we left underwhelmed by this location."
