"This is my newly edited review. We had a bad experience with our first in store appointment. I had called to cancel and close my wedding party acct. After speaking with management, Chris was incredible. She didn't know we had a bad experience and we shared what happened. She was so kind and offered support. Unfortunately our wedding party already decided on a different suit elsewhere but we were able to make a private appointment with Chris for our Junior Groomsman. She reviewed our distant order for a location in St. Louis for our 2nd Junior Groomsman and fixed it as the suit was not matched with the right vest. Offered the cufflinks that were not ordered for that as well. Took the measurements, made sure we were satisfied with everything and we got our suits confirmed and ordered in time for our upcoming wedding. She is so professional, knows what she is doing and does a wonderful job running this store. One cannot fix the situation if it is never discovered. So glad I called in.
