"This store does not train it's order takers. They throw away so much food because of mistakes, and that just raises their ridiculous prices even higher. Today they screwed up three burger orders plus started charging an extra 35 cents for a baked potato, and I received the smallest one I ever had here. It literally was just a couple of bites. My wife gave the kid a $2 coupon and of course he didn't take it off the bill. I've over-reached my limit with what I want to spend on a fast food meal, so I think I'm done with Wendy."

"Ordered delivery. Sent burgers with no patties. How does that even happen???"

"Chicken sandwich lacked quality being overcooked. Tasted bad liked heated in a microwave taste. Service was awful for my online order when going in drive through, I am told " have to pick up inside." So I guess I will not be going back to Wendy's in my life then."

"I went to the drive threw and I could see everything that was ordered by the person in front of me, I ordered two chocolate frosties, the young women told me they only have pumpkin spice, I said that is okay we will have that, she said okay and didn’t give total, I just drove to the first window. Then when I got to the window she took my debit card and shoved a shake into my hand saying “here!” and then the other shake she shoved it into my hand saying “here!” and also my debit card with receipt she shoved it in my hand also and said “here!” And while all this was happening her manager was lecturing her in Spanish about somthing else and witnessed her doing this to my wife and I, so when I left I told the young women “Wow just rush us and throw the orders at us huh?”, it wasn’t worth the visit even though it tasted good. I’m making the review because it is still on my mind that we were treated this way and even the manager saw it and didn’t seem to do anything about it."

"We ordered the single deluxe cheeseburger meals, 2 of them. The burgers were made very well, they looked very good and they tasted very good as well! They were very flavorful. The staff was nice and the place was clean. Overall a great experience, would definitely go back."
