"Sad excuse for a Dairy Queen. I grew up in Silver Lake and this DQ used to be the best. Now its the worst I’ve ever been to. Today we waited for 20 mins, only car in line mind you. Got home and our entire order was ice cold. Disgusting food. I am the least picky person with food and I couldn’t even stomach this quality. They even made the burgers with two bottom buns, didnt even care to use the correct buns lol. Stale anyways so didnt matter probably. Gross place change ownership."

"Love visiting DQ. The staff at this location are super friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and work efficiently to provide great customer service. Ordered lunch and a blizzards have been here a few times. Was excited to find this location. My food and DQ ice cream has been great each time. Hasn’t disappointed yet."

"Customer service is absolutely horrible. Had to wait over 10 minutes just to order in store. The owner likes to thrust up again minor workers and try to take them where there are no cameras. People who have been there for years are still only making $8.50/hour and nowadays who can live off of that? No wonder why they’re always short staffed. I would rather drive to paddock lake or twin lakes to get ice cream, than stay in town and go to DQ. Will NEVER go back!"
