"This site has the rudest most entitled people employed. There is nothing posted in the auto side lot that states it is locked at 10 Pm. Not only do they not have the ability to hang a sign, they can't even invest in a gate system that will open when a vehicle pulls up to it. So if you get there just before 10 PM and purchase a shower. Take your time in the shower and when you leave you walk past 5 employees and a security guard to walk out the auto side door. Not one of them thought to say anything seeing me heading to the only car in the lot. I take some time moving some things around my car since I've been travelling for a few days. And when I go to leave neither gate will open to let me out. I called in to the store and was told that the security guard has to let me out and then I'm hung up on. I call back and the call is ignored. I then go inside - yes I'm irritated because why do the gates trap people. I was in the store as a customer - I didn't park there and go somewhere else. The woman at the register couldn't be bothered to call the manager I was told to go in the back and find them. The manager was just as dismissive and unprofessional - she just told me I had to wait for security to finish checking the lot. Well is this going to be a 5 minute thing or a half hour, did he just start or is he almost done. Then she called him on the walkie. Then the security guard tried telling me he was not going to let me out unless I went inside and apologized. I'm sorry that this store is staffed with some of the most entitled unprofessional people I've ever seen. Pro tip a good customer service response in that type of situation say to the customer you have trapped - "I'm sorry, we lock our lot at 10 Pm, you must not have heard the announcement. Our security guard has the key. He's checking the lot, and as soon as he's back he'll be out." I'm glad I don't live around here and don't ever have to come back."

"One of the by far worse Love's I've been to!! 4 stalls in the restroom, and 2 were out of order. One had piss literally all over the seat and stuff on the floor. Then the only other one had stuff in the toilet and stuff on top of the seat itself!!!! Apparently none of the employees cared to do anything about it. Seems like a health violation. I wasn't impressed at all."

"Horrible place, the worst Loves ever, I was here twice on the same day, and these people are just waiting for you to pull up and ask for money, the fist time this guy asked me to buy him a hot chocolate cause he was cold, I said no cause I read the reviews and knew what I was getting into, the second time I came, the same guy (in the photo) came up as soon as I parked, asked for money so he can get a ride to his job interview, I said your the 5th person asking me for money , and you already asked me, and this girl with a dog asked for money to feed the dog, please, do not come here, believe all these reviews, I didn’t think it was this bad, IT IS HORRIBLE"

"The only one I've seen with a gate at night. No food in the deli section empty shelf. Completely empty. Nice staff great people. The whole gas pump area is blocked off . Didn't know it was a bad neighborhood. Nice staff and McDonald's was on point but empty shelves. Also am employee said lock your doors sleeping in the parking lot don't answer if some one knocks. It's the real deal out here in st louis mo. Never have seen a loves in this condition. Waking up at 6 am and getting out of here lol"

"Not the best location for a Love’s. You will get many people asking you for money or trying to get you to buy iPads while you pump your gas. Bathrooms could be cleaner. They have a decent energy drink selection."
