"I have been to this repair shop multiple times and have always had good results when working with Avi. However, this most recent time coming in I was handed off to another employee. I got back to the store to pick up my phone and was told me to go to the back with them. My phone was on the desk looking exactly the same and they told me “this was the guide I was using”. They proceeded to show the me the youtube video they were watching to fix my phone. she said the screws were stripped and then tried to imply that I bought my phone from facebook marketplace when I got it from an AT&T store. She told me that she was not comfortable doing the repair, which I understand, but then looked me in my eyes and said “I bet you were really excited.” Followed up with “Have a good night.” While leaving the store she said “we’re not gonna charge you”. As if there was anything to be charged for. The last several times I had been, the process usually took an hour and was fixed. When leaving the store Avi assured me that a new screen would solve the problem. Enjoyed coming in the past but will not be returning."
