"Terrible! I get an oil change, and the fill cap is laying on the radiator shroud of my wife's 2015 equinox. On the day of very same service, they claim the "e" brake is in good working condition... Hmmm I informed the department that I had done a complete brake job several weeks ago and removed the" e" pads. FINAL STRAW ….... So today I went with my parents to Missouri, as we were taking rest to stretch I started to check out they're 2018 Terrain they had purchased from motor ##itty 300 miles ago. Front rotors and pads well beyond needing replaced. And they had just recently did a tire rotation? COINCIDENCE I THINK NOT ! IVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT Step aside motor city. Your not worthy of a dealership. BUYERS BEWARE !"

"Decent prices, however, the manager of the dealership drives whichever car he wants on the lot back and forth home (Iowa). The car I was looking at actual mileage was 6k over what was advertised and no one wanted to price negotiate due to the big mile difference. I don’t think anyone wants to buy a car where the owner uses it for personal use when he wants."
