"To excel in customer service, ask the customer if they have ever done business with you before. This gives you an opportunity to tell them about other product offerings, parts availability, and service of those products. Also, I ordered a cover for my snow blower, oil and fuel stabilizer. The oil did not ship and went on backorder. I had to call to find that out. As a suggestion, have your IT folks add a message on the packing list all backorder items and estimated delivery. I look forward to using my new snow blower as a first time customer. Thanks to Jeremy Anderson for his delivery and product information during delivery."
