"Got their Tonkotsu ramen, Miso ramen, and the Takoyaki. I love the Takoyaki, and the boiled eggs in the ramen were just perfect. Both broth were little salty for me tho."
"Absolutely phenomenal. Everyone here knows what they’re doing to a tee. Caring, attentive servers that care about treating you well and making sure your food gets to you as soon as possible. Most times I come here, I’m in and out within 30 minutes (ramen should be eaten as fast as possible in my opinion.) Everything I’ve had here over the past 5-6 years has been incredible but their tonkatsu ramen is so incredibly delicious and indulgent that I have to recommend it to anyone who is going for the first time. Friendly, caring staff that makes sure the customers come first. All time fav"
"My boyfriend and I caught up with family over ramen and sushi at Ramen House Shinchan. For drinks, we enjoyed large Sapporo's, Hot Green Tea, and Cold Green Tea. For appetizers, we shared Tako Karaage (fried baby octopus served with lemon) and Unagi Q Roll (eel and cucumber roll topped with eel sauce). The other guests in my party enjoyed Katsu Don (deep fried pork with egg sauce and onion over rice), Spicy Butadon (grilled spicy pork with scallion and soft boiled egg over rice), and Taiwan Ramen (egg noodle in a flavorful chicken broth with spicy ground pork, garlic, scallions, bean sprouts, and green chives). I loved the Miso Ramen, which consisted of curly egg noodles in a creamy miso-based pork broth with tender braised pork, halved soft boiled egg, scallions, cabbage, onions, and carrots."
"Loved this place. Everything was fairly priced and delicious. The chicken karaage was probably my favorite dish, so crispy and fresh. Really liked that they give you kewpie Mayo with it as well. We also got the curry ramen which was the perfect combination I wish I saw more. We also got the best condition ramen which had loads of flavor, but very heavy on veggies. I will be returning many more times. The Shoyu ramen was good but not my favorite, and the Tonkatsu ramen was better than the Shoyu but not as good as the curry ramen."
"We visited tonight for the first time, and we’re not disappointed. It was bright and welcoming, with the other customers being just as friendly as the employees. One of our table neighbors overheard our conversation and jumped in to offer selections, asking us what we like in our food. The portions are LARGE, and my crunchy noodle dish turned out to be a memory trigger, making the meal even better than anticipated. If you’re in the northwest burbs, put this on your list of places to eat. It is well worth your time."
