"Great place for the hard to find items: Birria, Barbacoa, Menudo, Cabeza. This place is amazing and a hidden gem."
"Pozole is really really good almost as good as home made most if not all of their food is very good but they are on the pricey side but in the end it is worth it"
"My wife always orders the birra and I always have tacos. Coffee with a bit of canela/ cinnamon is good. Been here many many times and will return"
"I went with my kids to eat here and walk out very disappointed from here. First of the owner need to tell the Ladys that serves the food to ask for sizes of bowl costumer wants. I’ve got a birria bowl but when i paid I’ve got changed for a large size and I asked why and she told me that she didn’t know, so i told her whoever was at the front to tell the ladys to ask the costumer first when they ask for birria what size of birria they want and not just give you the large size straight up."
"Everything is made in their kitchen on site. It’s a family restaurant and everything is made with great care, pride and love - love of people, love of food and love of Mexico. The tortillas are freshly pressed and as good as any I’ve ever had. The birria is outstanding; it has lots of rich flavors with succulent meat. The same is true for the barbacoa. During Lent they serve tacos de pescado (fish tacos) and tostadas de ceviche. Both meals are so good I skip breakfast before I go there on Lenten Fridays. Wonderful food and wonderful people."
