Burrito Los Azaderos Y Mariscos 2400 East Main Street, St. Charles, IL 60174

"Beware the bill! I usually don't write a poor review but this was something. We had 2 burritos, Chips and salsa that we didn't ask for, they just put it on the table like most Mexican restaurants, and tap water with limes that we did ask for. When we got the bill they tried to charge us for limes! 3.98 for about 1 lime and 3.98 for chips and salsa that we didn't order. That would not have been so bad IF THEY HAD TOLD US AHEAD OF TIME. It's kinda like a car salesman who pads your order before sending you into the finance office. SLEAZY! Then after we complained, very politely, they took the chips and salsa off but the owner/manager guy comes out telling us "how everything cost" and that if we didn't order the tap water with a few slices of limes the water would have been free. I didn't want to get into with this guy so we just paid the bill, and I did tip the server $5 because it wasn't her fault her boss knows nothing about customer service. Too bad he couldn't comp a lousy $3.98 to keep a customer like me, because I really enjoyed the burrito, now we will never come back. Very sad indeed."

"Had lunch. Not busy at all on a weekday. Would give a 4- . Food was great. Loved the fresh made quac. Horchata (I am picky) was good. Got the enchiladas meal, there were 2 small ones on the plate. Mole sauce = yummy! Wait staff very nice."

"This is one of those places you really want to like. The service is friendly and speedy. The chips and salsa were not up to the standard of any of the other St Charles Mexican restaurants. Chips were thick and not close to warm. The red salsa was flavorful. Overall the food was average. Show less"
