McNally's Pub 109 West Main Street, St. Charles, IL 60174

"A great Irish pub that is just like the ones in Ireland. The food was great, had a little too much butter for me BUT still great. Our waitress was very mid though. Seemed like we were inconveniencing her by her doing her job."

"We walked in on a Sunday afternoon and they were kind enough to offer us a 'reserved' table and made room for a kids' high chair. The place itself has a very relaxed vibe; loved the ambience. Food: For appetizer, it was probably the best 'stuffed mushroom' I've ever had (in pic). We also tried the potato and leak soup. Kids burger was tasty and surprisingly, quite big in size (in pic). The main course 'fish and chips' (in pic) was on point! Very tasty. Crust was awesome! But I feel, the quantity/size of fish was small for the price of a main course! We tried 3 different types of beers - they even topped off one of our beers with Guiness (that was my first), but the final taste was 'good' interesting. Overall, the service was very good. Will definitely do it again!"

"The food was awesome! It was a little chilly in there, so my sweetheart ordered a shot. They gave us a "butterball" shot ( bailey's and butterscotch liquor). It was all delicious!"

"Great patio to visit, especially during the week for a late lunch. Their online daily menu is out of date according to our server, so check their physical menus out on location for more accurate selection. Our first visit here a couple of years ago was really good so we wanted to try again. Forgot to take pictures of the appetizers but the scotch eggs and bacon wrapper dates were delicious too."

"This was a back up spot for us because everywhere else was completely booked in St Charles. First was cheese curds. They came in a cone shaped basket and there were very few in there. It looked as if someone had already eaten half of them haha. Spicy mango margarita was tasteless. The pub burger was ordered as medium rare and came out well done, really inedible. The wings were just boring and nothing special. Here's the good: fries were great and the ahi tuna sliders were great. The Ruben was fine, it's hard to mess up a Ruben. The service wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good either."
