"Salesman great, vehicle great, attention to details: appointment to sign paperwork and cleaning car up could use some work. Dropped vehicle off mid day before so they could detail the car and about halfway through paperwork the car was called for detail. Came out after paperwork and it had been hosed down. The salesman apologized and said he would make it right. Another detail when getting the car undercoated. Got the car undercoated and dropped the car off in service and went to get a loaner and no one knew about it because certain people were off that day. A salesman stepped up and got me one. Being in the service industry myself, attention to detail and readiness for your appointments lets customers know you care."

They were able to jumpstart the engine and get the car into the dealership.
