"I went to Martin Sullivan in Bloomington on 05/26/2018. The salesmen ( Dustin Deterding ) meet me and we looked at and discussed 3 tractors. I asked for two different option quotes on these three tractor. He told me he was the only salesmen there and he would e mail me the quotes that day or the next at the latest. I called back Monday after hearing nothing and was told the quotes were ready and he would send them out that day. Was told his home system would not e mail. I did not receive contact so called and was transferred to a Mr. Tillman who was over district sales. I told him the above info and he gave me several excuses. I informed him I get that they are short staffed but wanted to know when I would see a quote. He said that I should not be impatient. I said I didn't ask for a rush and it was his salesmen that had set and missed two separate self imposed deadlines and that I didn't appreciate being called impatient. I told him I was traveling to southern Illinois and if they couldn't get a quote together I would visit other dealers. His response was he didn't care if I wanted to go somewhere else . I didn't appreciated his attitude so called the corporate office and talked to A lady in HR and she took the info and as of now, NO ONE CALLED ME BACK> If its this hard to get a quote then I am wondering how they would handel a service problem. "Just got it back from serviced here, parts fell OFF and under mower blade, refused culpability .Extremely poor service,go somewhere else."
