"This place has the best teriyaki chicken plate I have ever had. They grill up the chicken right in front of you and the teriyaki sauce gives it a wonderful juicy flavor. Comes with rice and vegetables which really makes it a great meal served quickly and with quality. I usually get the extra chicken, which makes it even better and very filling. I only wish they still had the spicy chili garlic sauce in the squeeze bottle they used to put out, but they dropped that in favor of basic Sri Racha packets. Not the same at all. I found the same chili garlic sauce at the grocery "Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce." I bring a little container of it with me when I go. Disappointing, but problem solved."

"We have eaten at this place many times. Today as im waiting in line, one of the cooks was picking his nose and didnt bother to wash his hands before going back to cooking. Really disappointed the other employees didnt tell him anything either. Will not be eating there again."

"First of all, half of the menu was slashed, so I wasn’t able to order what I originally wanted to get. Then I ordered before I watched the food made and that was my next mistake. The grossest looking pieces of chicken are fried in oil on the griddle and it was very unappetizing. Once I had my food and sat down, I only got through a few pieces of the chicken teriyaki before I had to throw it away. The chicken was greasy and the teriyaki flavor was virtually nonexistent. The “vegetables” consisted of overcooked cabbage and a few pieces of unseasoned broccoli. Not ordering from here ever again."

"Love Sarku! I wish they had more locations and some free standing stores instead of malls. I order the Chicken Teriyaki with double meat and veggies. Great portions, So much food!! The Sriracha shortage is making it hard for me though. Could be 5 star but I can’t deal with the Cholula substitute!"
