Subway

"first of all, when I got there, the man was sitting on his phone and ignoring me. There was no one else in the restaurant. after finally getting his attention, when I was telling him how I would like my sandwich ( which was fairly easy, bread, ham, and lettuce) he repeatedly asked me the same questions over and over again, and did not listen to what I was saying. finally, when we were able to get my sandwich, right, I asked him multiple times how to work the app, and he blatantly ignored me looking at me. then he continue to be extremely rude, and said nothing as I was leaving. I do not recommend this place, the people are rude, don’t listen, and only care about their electronic devices. especially after telling him how I wanted my simple sandwich multiple times. He did not listen, and still managed to mess it up, but I just brushed it off, because I never wanted to leave a place faster."

"This subway smells and the employees are rude. I went in at 840pm and while I was browsing the menu he told me to hurry up because theyre closing. Last i checked it takes them less than 5 minutes to make a sandwich. He turned away 2 other customers after I walked out. Avoid these lazy employees."

"Pretty social guys were working. cleanplace ,good location the credit card machine was offering tips I was kind of offended by that for being a subway but I get it times are tough. But I'm on a strict budget. I only 1/2 subs because of the stormy weather I usually don't eat out I can't afford to"

"Holy bad management. 1:20 in the afternoon two employees outside hanging signs, one person making sandwiches and working the register. Add to the fact that they have it set up so everyone MUST stand next each other. They could have not done a worse job."

"Nice Subway. Typically has very friendly staff and the food is always fresh and good when we go here for lunch. Great selection of chips (spicy Cheetos would be a nice addition according to our 11 year old). They have a nice small ice cream selection as well. Minus one star because the men’s room is dark, dingy, and not quite what I would hope and expect from a nice Subway. New fixtures, fixed drywall, and BRIGHTER LIGHTING would really help. A great spot to stop for lunch on Rt 176 and walking distance from downtown Crystal Lake and the train station."
