"This is the closest taco bell to me, so I keep coming back but this place has like a 10% success rate on a correct order. If you live near a different one, go there. This is what people would call "the bad one" when referring to multiple of the same fast food restaurants."

"Third time I ordered here the past month at lunch and I didn’t get the correct items. I work in food service myself and understand mistakes happen, but rather than trying to hit goal times, it’s more important to get the food right. I’d rather wait 5-10 mins for what I ordered than speed through in 2 mins and not get what I ordered. There needs to be more diligence. Service could be better at the window too. I get it’s not a dream job, but we all start somewhere. Workers just throw food in the bag, my burrito was mushed like someone punched it. More so disappointed than mad at this point."

"I get a half an hour for lunch,I spent that and more time waiting on a three crunchy taco combo, need to have more balance between serving the drive through and customers waiting inside restaurant. Had to ask for refund they told me to come back later I didn't leave without my refund but was very late getting back to work. Thanks for nothing,I will not be back."

"I don’t normally give bad reviews but this takes the cake. Let’s start from the beginning. I saw on the app a deal meal for 2 for only 12.50. Thought it was a great deal. I placed order. It was easy to get. I get to drive thru to get my order. Waiting for lady in front of me to get help. She sat there for almost two minutes before they took her order. Finally I tell I’m here to get order. Everything on board is correct. I kid you not I waited 5 minutes for lady to get her order. Mine was ready right away but I seen people leaving the line do to slowness. Now this is my reason for the 2. Remember the 80s the delicious tacos. Welp keep those memories cause the food is tasteless. Taste like my mom turkey tacos. But at least she puts flavor in her tacos. Tasteless and bland. I predict all Taco Bell will be closing soon. Sorry but never returning again. No thank you eww"
