I come to the drive thru to order food and I present a coupon code he then gets upsets and calls me dumb and says I don’t understand how the process works , then he tells me I need to go McDonald’s because Burger King doesn’t operate like that . He doesn’t need to be a manager . I will be reaching out to corporate"

"Worst experience ever. I decided to go to burger to grab dinner for the night. I said my order twice at the speaker box and the worker didn’t hear me. I understood because we were next to a busy freeway so i told I will come to the window and out in my order. Mind you this is not my first time doing this due to the situation of the store being next to the freeway. Instead of coming to the window and taking my order. The worker thought it would be best to take the order of the two ppl behind me and then come to the window to tell me that she can only take orders at the speaker box. I told her I came around to the window because you couldn’t hear me. She tells me I can hear you but I couldn’t understand you. Ummmm for that reason I am here. I ask her to speak with a manger and she said she is one. Then I asked her as a manger are you refusing to take my order and she said that she cannot take orders at the window. Maybe it’s just me but as her being the manager I expected a different answer than received due to me simply being a customer and trying to order a meal. The manager refused to take my order and proceeded to take another person order behind me. I have never had an experience like this this. I don’t do reviews often but this experience warranted one. I called the location twice to get the general managers information but no one answered of course smh. Overall worse experience ever."

"This place is going down the hill in the last couple of years. It used to have not a great service but I will say decent. Now this kids in the drive tru have no sence of service whatsoever. They want to talk to you like you are part of their getho gang the only reason why I’m not rating 1 star is because I actually enjoy the food at home. But honestly I never going back to this particular BK."
