"Placed an online order ahead of time, went through the drive through and was asked to park and wait for the rice as it was not done. After 25 minutes of waiting I went inside where they had a line but had the rice ready and were serving them. Don't understand why I had to "wait for rice" for 25 minutes and why others were served the ready rice? The point of ordering ahead is so the food is ready at the time stated and won't have to wait 25 minutes?"
"Ordered orange chicken and Beijing beef.. was told I had to wait for the beef.. No problem i pulled up and she said she’d bring it out to me..30 min later I’m sitting there and nothing. Go back to the window and it was ready in 2 seconds. Beef was done.. The girl never brought it out to me she forgot. Simple job"
"$10 for a bowl with stingy protein portion. Ordered bowl beef broccoli and chow mein. I only received 3 thin and small pieces of the beef in this portion. Ridiculous."
"Fast food place and busy inside and drive thru when I went. Staff having trouble keeping up. Probably 5 people ahead of me inside and then had to wait more because my favorite, Beijing Beef, dish was empty and more needed to be cooked. Worth the wait. Love the beef and their Orange Chicken with mixed vegetables which happened to be mostly broccoli this time."
"Went for dinner late, so they were out of shrimp and a few other dishes. However there was still enough to choose from even late in evening. Food was good and staff seemed friendly. Tables were clean and plenty of parking."
