"I love Chick-fil-a when you get what you order. Here recently I have either not gotten an item I ordered or my order has been wrong and it's not just during lunch. I have been there at different times when it's not busy and still the order is wrong. I am not sure what is going on but I hope it gets better. Updated 03/06/2024: here is the photo of how my soup was when I took it out of the bag."

"The food is the food, it doesn't change. The order takers were great, friendly, and patient. The pick up window team however, didn't care in the least. Had an indifferent attitude and tossed my bag of food at me. No where near the Chic fil A customer service we should be seeing."

"I've never got a chick-fil-a order wrong but this time I had ordered the 12 piece nuggets and got strips but I was already home when I discovered this. My ticket said nuggets but given the wrong meal. I paid for the nuggets. I never check my bag when I order from here cuz they never let me down. This location is okay mediocre"

"For reference, I have never left a review at Chick-fil-A and have been coming here since I was born. Just came thru visiting my sister in Houston from Washington D.C. Need I mention that the southern hospitality is through the ROOF. You must try the dine-in at this location as the service and hospitality surpassed my expectations, standing out from any Chick-fil-A I have eaten at before. The reason why I type this, is that one of the servers was handing us our food and one fry (I mean a PIECE of a fry) had accidentally dropped on the floor. He apologized and got us a new batch of fries. Mind you, I would have eaten the fries regardless because he didn’t drop the entire thing. From a Northerners perspective, that utterly shocked me with the hospitality. I couldn’t stop telling my sister “he did not have to replace the entire fries”. I didn’t bother with taking pictures of the food, because, well, everyone knows what a spicy chicken deluxe is. Highly recommend coming here."

"Went to redeem the free breakfast sandwich. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Asked for no egg and got No cheese and EGG. At least if I would of atleast got cheese I could of just take the egg off. I was on my way to work so I didn’t have time to turn around. So much for breakfast, I get that it was free so I should complain but now I wont have time to even stop somewhere else & choose chick fila because it was a free breakfast. But I was able to give the sandwich to a homeless guy. So It all worked out! He needed it more than me, thing’s always happened for a reason"
