"Waited almost 2 hours for my oil change and tire rotation. I understand they are busy but almost 2 hours for maintenance that I had called and made an appointment for is just ridiculous. Then I get half way home and my tire pressure light goes on. Had been fine all week leading up to the appointment. I brought it back in and they fixed whatever was wrong free of charge but I'm sorry I don't think I will be returning until they can manage their time and get people in and out in a timely fashion."

"Had a wiring issue that caused the check engine light to come on and caused engine reduced warning. The only reason I didn't give Jeff Perry full 5 stars is because the check engine light is back on with engine reduced and I called and left a voicemail but never heard back. Will be calling Monday again. The service team does a great job of communicating with me when they have my truck."
