"Had an oil change and they didn’t tighten the filter. Dipstick was BONE DRY the next day. Poured 2 quarts of oil and it all leaked out the bottom because they didn’t plug it. Update: They towed the car and fixed the filter."

"Went in for an oil change and wanted to see if they really are full service. I knew my headlight was out, and I had already bought the bulb. They turned my lights off and never said a word about my bulb being out which they should have noticed when they pulled my car in. Got my oil changed and my invoice that had 6 optioned that I declined but was never asked about. I chose Marks because the location is close to my address. I will now look for customer service and quality. Because if you can’t comment on a headlight being out what else are you not checking?"
