"Purchased Jordan Tatum 1 shoes for son. They cracked in 2 different places the first month of wearing. Foot Locker would not return as defective or help in any way to make this right. Do not recommend this particular shoe or store."

"We went there to look for shoes and the young black dude walked in front of us to put a shoe back...he didn't even acknowledge us or ask if we needed a shoe size.... he just starred at us very unprofessional.. if I could it would be no star smh where is the customer service"

"Buyer beware! Ordered Jordan’s for a gift which did not arrive on time. When I reached out to customer service they told me since it hadn’t shipped they couldn’t give me any information regarding delivery. So shoes didn’t arrive on-time and after multiple emails I received no customer service. Nor would they allow me to cancel the order even though it hadn’t shipped from the warehouse. I still have not received the shoes or a refund. My last inquiry e-mail I was told “I don’t understand your question, please reply with more information.” All the emails were on the same thread and they couldn’t deduce the problem?! Just horrible horrible service. Definitely buy in-store, but good luck getting an associate to help there either. That’s the whole reason I ordered on-line in the first place. Big, costly mistake!"
