"An odd layout compared to other jewels I've been to. Especially having the restrooms all the way in the back corner. And speaking of restrooms- dirty and the absolute cheapest toilet paper they could find. On the plus side, people working there are super nice and helpful."

"Makes me sad! overpriced and poor selection for a higher-end store. many complaints especially produce, but when a Kaiser roll cost a dollar and it's all air with no flavor, chicken is the same brand that they sell at WalMart, no selection of good cheese. Jewel/Osco App is needed to get sales which could be convenient... but the Wi-Fi in the store doesn't work so half the time you can't me home and realize you were overcharged! they make you jump through hoops, just to get decent prices on their sale items. frustrating! The staff is ALWAYS nice and helpful I actually feel bad for the workers the management is greedy."

"It’s a very nice looking Jewel, but their produce section has a very limited selection and it’s not always fresh. I go to this location the most often because it’s the closest to where I live. Otherwise, I would prefer the McHenry or Fox Lake location."

"The store was clean and the people were friendly. They just seem to be out of everything that I wanted on that visit. No shredded hash browns. No sugar-free fruit punch from minute maid. This was at both Jewel locations."
