"This location features a friendly and courteous staff along with a clean dining room. The freshly prepared sub was made to order and delicious. Restroom was clean and there is plenty of parking."

"Have tried to call 25+ times with no answer. Will look into contact Craig Rosenbaum, owner. Fraudulent order on (9/17/23 at approx 6:40/7:15) placed using my log in and gift card as payment. Used contact form for subway, no response. I have changed my log in password but am still out over $25!"

"Visited on 8/26 @8pm. The two younger gentlemen working were wonderful and great customer service! The new menu looks great and our subs were very tasty!! Good job Wonder Lake Subway!!"

"This place is a joke! They messed up 2 of my 3 sandwich’s AND I ordered a 6 pack of cookies but apparently they were out of cookies so instead of canceling them or even telling me about it they stole my money and charged me for product I didn’t receive. When my husband went into the store to try and get our money back the rude child behind the counter laughed, shrugged, and said they don’t do refunds. Don’t go here if you want to actually get the food you pay for. They are crooks."

"As I walked in the employee comes from the back with gloves on. I don't know what he was working on , but he didn't even change them . Then after he asked me what I wanted I told him 3 different times I didn't want cheese, then after a group of his friends came in he stopped paying attention to me as the customer and started interacting with his friends.... I come to establishment 3 times a week , when I pull up and see him working I go somewhere else because his customer service skills such and he needs to get re trained or fired. ."
