"My overall grade for Fuji Ramen & Sushi is: C- Gyoza Sukiyaki beef rice bow Karage Nigiri Rolls Garlic dipping sauce good. Gyoza - meh. Sukiyaki - hardly any protein. Do not order Karage (fried chicken) - tisk tisk. Disappointing poor attempt. Sauce: not bad Nigiri: wow - not good. Yellowtail had no flavor. Unagi barely ok Spider roll: no flavor Shrimp tempura roll: not good Service: just ok. They forgot our chicken. Robot cute touch. I’m not comparing this sushi place to Chicago, NY, Vegas or LA but other local choices. Not off to a good start Fuji. You better step up your quality of food or you’ll not be around much longer. I did read a review that they have good shrimp tempura. Hmm While that may be the case, I will not come back. Sorry. You can do much better…"
"Try: Shrimp tempura Don't Try: Anything but the shrimp tempura. Last Bite Food Review: One of the most frustrating experiences at a sushi restaurant I have ever had. Everything from quality, to service, then to price went wrong. When ordering nigiri you don't expect a fist of rice and a small slice of fish especially if you're paying per piece! Just to let you all know I'm not an over exaggerating reviewer, please see the attached photos. The thinist slices on the largest pieces of rice! Even the simplest miso soup was incredibly under-seasoned. Typically I don't like to complain about service, because I will eat at an amazing restaurant even if it's bad service. But the service here was terrible. We were only 1 out of 3 other tables that evening. We waited nearly 45 minutes for our nigiri when no other table eventually ordered it. What?! And what's worst of all was the quality of everything BUT the shrimp tempura. Light, well fried, and well seasoned. Perfect shrimp tempura in my book. Other than that, everything else.... awful truly awful. My message to the restaurant: I understand how unbelievably competitive it is in the food industry. Sometimes, you can not control those thin margins to keep the lights on. But what you can absolutely control is the quality and service you provide as a restaurant. That is absolutely in your hands, and if you don't take that seriously , you will fail. I hope this restaurant truly has the opportunity to turn things around."
"Decided to try this place for the first time tonight and we were very pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, (especially the pan fried gyoza and the crab rangoon) and the service was quick and attentive (inclusive of a robot!). We'll definitely be back because everything on the menu looked good."
"Had dinner here tonight. Been excited for it to open. Did not disappoint. Had gyoza with a terrific garlic ginger dipping sauce. The spicy Fuji Ramen was excellent. The pork was particularly good. 3 sushi rolls. All great. Very good fish very fresh. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu. And they have ROBOTS!! Very fun."
"This place was good but the Ramen was not the best in my opinion. The eggs were perfect the noodles were amazing but the broth did not have a lot of taste. The meet was cut super thin as well so it felt like I barely got any. The robots were cool but overall I think we're worse then just having someone bring it out. My ramen spill all over the robot leaving me with less broth. The poke bowl was amazing though. The sushi was good but not the best I have had. The seaweed was tough and chewy. As well as the fish having a hint of a metallic taste. The tea was nothing special. Over all Ramen 7/10 Sushi 6/10 Service 8/10"
