"I just have to say one thing... check your order before you leave!!! I have been here a few times and each time they forgot something. This time I forgot to check and sure enough they forgot an item. I called because I didn't feel like driving back and they gave me some song and dance about not being able to refund a single item and they would mail me a coupon for the item that was missing... being tired and not wanting to deal with it I said fine... now thinking about it why didn't they just refund the whole thing and recharge for only the items they gave me??? Anyways we'll see if they send the coupon or if it was just lip service."

"Can’t say I dislike the store or my meal but I have to say that the customer service today was surprisingly poor. We come here a lot being local. Wen today to get the turtle Sunday which is the flavor of the day and was handed this( see picture). When I asked about the syrup I was told it’s there. In a flat rude manner. Sad that’s how you are treated."
