"It used to be a great place to shop for any car needs they used to have great management with trustworthy advice 7 years ago now it clearly looks like the store is going downhill, poor customer service, it smells horrible and it's filthy, product don't have prices and employees don't even wear uniforms or name tags."

"I came to the shop to pick up a windshield wiper the lady in the front was very polite and helped me install it, I had no trouble or any long wait times."

"I felt discriminated. I am an Asian American and this store is in the Hispanic neighborhood. When I asked, "do you have the ads paper for this week." The Hispanic lady replied, " sorry, I don't understand." I asked multiple times and she replied the same thing, "I don't understand." Then, I went get my things, engine oil and filter but when I was at the check out the same lady was giving me a hard time by saying the oil and the filter I have are not on sale but apparently it was on sale and the sale tag was on the shelf. She wasted 30mins of my time for just engine oil and oil filter."
