Proprietors Ashlyn and Travis have stocked this quaint specialty market with an impressive variety of high-quality products, including some of the best fudge I've ever had. As an avowed chocoholic, this may be problematic! Additionally, the Thyme & Spice offers a few lunch specials. Today I had their Fajita Salad Bowl, which featured a generous mix of chicken, corn, brown rice, tomatoes, bell peppers, greens and queso fresco, topped with their homemade ginger carrot vinaigrette. It was delicious! So, do yourself a favor and visit this charming store in downtown Burlington. It really has a great vibe! Travis and Ashlyn are cheerful, knowledgeable and down-to-earth, and they'll immediately make you feel at home. P.S. While you're there, be sure to order a glass of kombucha. (No, I had never heard of it, either!)"

"My favorite eatery in Burlington. Fresh, high quality ingredients, and superb savory combinations. If you don't eat at restaurants that cook with GMO oils ( most use canola ) you're in luck. The chef uses olive oil.Every few weeks a new rotating lunch item. Love it!"
