"Love all the sizes they carry however I get there at 648 and the run and lock the doors and then wouldn’t let us in you close at 7 why are you locking the doors early and milking the clock"
"Great store for work supplies! I work with a lot of Light Industrial clients, and they love the service and products JMD offers. Highly recommended!"
"Been wearing the same brand of work boots for over a decade. They tried selling me a pair of boots that were used. Shoelaces were completely laced, leather around the ankle was worn, scuff marks on the bottom. This place is the epitome of why brick and mortar stores are failing."
"I work in construction and mills and I wear a women's size 8 boot. Sadly, they had no women's work boots, nor any men's boots equivalent to my size. The smallest available was a men's 7 and the clerk said stock was "very limited." I would love to support a local small business but this happens literally every time I try to buy workwear, and I usually resort to buying things online, or going without."
"I bought a pair of Carolina workboots after 1.5 weeks they started to squeak a little bit. 2 weeks later it was even worse. I brought them back to sox outlet and the manager told me they don't issues refunds, or exchanges. They would send them to Carolina to be inspected. He suggested I buy another pair of boots while they inspect them.i will not do any more buisness with this store. Every other store takes responsibility if an item is defected. I have been doing buisness here for 13 years. They will never see another penny of mine. I have no problem going to blue collar in lockport. They give union discounts as well."
