"was sitting on the phone for 30 minutes i just wanted to make sure my battery was charged and ready to be picked up so i don’t go in and waist my time and the girl on the phone instantly hung up on me what type of employees do you guys have working here! Get it together with them it’s highly rude of them to hang up on customers and lying there’s some one ahead of me on the line it does not take 30 minutes to help some one out on the phone."

"Great service by the young lady with glasses that I total forgot to ask for her name. The dude that calls himself the boss he is not to great with costumer service nor his co-workers . He looks like a homeless guy need a shower and new clean close for sure. Sorry my man you need to learn how to talk to your co-workers in front of the customers... take them to the back and tell them to correct there mistakes.. I am sure you need more training then they do.. you almost lose the sale and a costumer for life.. I hope my review will teach you a lesson how to respect the others. And for God sake stop calling yourself the boss your are NOT until you start singing the employees their pay checks. STOP acting like one and do some work like you supposed to.."

"Just had the type of customer service experience that made me grateful for your competitors, who will now be getting all my business. Was there for less than 20 min and watched all but one employee be rude and unprofessional. And the one employees only saving grace was that he said excuse me when he walked in front of me. That was the most professional thing I experienced at this location. That’s pretty lame. I don’t know who runs this location but if I had to guess I’d say no one does. Having worked a desk like this at several businesses one of the rules was always customers don’t come behind the desk, Juan didn’t get that memo. And to the lady who was rude to the man who didn’t speak English very well, you’re gross."

"I go in AutoZone stores quite often, and most have good customer service along with not so good. But Diversey and Central there is a yound lady by the name of Jasamay. (I hope I spelled it right, if not my apologies.) She is definitely on point with multiple factors. She has great customer service, she knows what she is talking about, and she doesn't push in your face to purchase. There has never been to many women that deal with automobiles, but she has it. I myself as a woman that works on my own car, loves to see women doing their own thing. Thank you for your help, and look forward to having your assistance in the future. T. Romero"
