"idk maybe it’s because we’re hispanic but i had a terrible experience and so did this one dude who i wasn’t even with. i just wanted to get my battery recharged but when i got there these two employees gave this customer the hardest time over a return, english clearly wasn’t his first language, the female employee kept rolling her eyes throughout and the male employee (think his name was frank) was no help either. the cherry on top was me taking the battery home just to find out y’all didn’t charge it! i came home with a dead battery and i genuinely believe it’s because of my race. screw you guys i’m going to o’reilys"
