"I'm not one to writing review, but I just had to share how impressed I am with Petalura's customer service. I have had to reach out to customer service two times in the last couple of years. The last time being a couple of weeks ago. I had purchased a pair of earrings from them about a year ago. I don't wear them often and when I went to put them on one of the wires broke. I never thought that Petalura would replace them since it had been over a year since purchase. I did call and speak with customer service. I had a new set of earrings sent to me within a week of my phone call. I have been and will continue to be a loyal customer. They certainly know how to take care of their customers. I just love their clothes and accessories."
