"The employees are NO HELP I came in the store and I was the only customer and not one time did they ask if I needed help, I struggled looking for my bra size for 15min on my own and still no one came to ask if I needed assistants, I literally had to ask for help and even then they acted as if I was a bother And not to mention this has happen ever single time I have visit this location. They need to hire people that actually love their job and have the passion to help plus size women feel beautiful we shouldn’t have to come to a store thats for us and feel like we are not welcomed the Orland mall Lane Bryant ladies are the best hands down."

"Today, was a severe rainy day. However I decided to pick up my order. Furthermore as I entered the show, I didn't get a welcome, Hello nothing completely dry energy. I approach the register. I assume the white lady was an customer actually she works there. She turned around & stared like she see a ghost. She didn't say Hi, I immediately said I am here to pick up my order. It was a long pause on her end. I ain't never felt disconnected in my life. She made me feel like I wasn't welcomed. That literally hurt my feelings. I kept my humbleness because I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism & integrity that had in my present. I will not return to this store. NEGATIVE ZERO"

"I have called 4x and I have let it ring for the Crestwood, IL location and they picked up the phone and hung up on me. I keep calling back and no answer. I have items there that I'd like to confirm that are really there. I already went there to pick up items and they stated they do not have them. I was not notified through email, but when I go to account it says it's there. I cannot be driving back and forth, but can't even call to see if they are there. They are always slow there and talk about their management when I'm in there. Can't stand going to that store. Addendum: I received three emails recently stating that all of my items that I was waiting for to be delivered was returned. I was not notified through email that they were delivered at the Lane Bryant in Crestwood Illinois. I am very saddened by this because some of those items were for my trip."

"LADIES WE NEED TO DO BETTER! Today while I was shopping, I witnessed a customer yelling at the young lady who was working the register. She was going on about not being greeted at the door and how no one asked her if she needed help. The young lady tried to respond but the customer cut her off and kept on yelling. She called the cashier rude even though the cashier wasn’t being rude at all. Now what really shocked me was the young lady’s reaction! She handled this situation very well without having to raise her voice and checked her out without a problem. She did not let the customer get under her skin and even when the customer left (still yelling and telling customers that this “place sucks”) she kept her composure. While checking me out she was above and beyond! She was so great that I had to get her name. We need more women like Omotola who handles herself like a woman should. The fact that the lady who was yelling was twice her age saddens me. We older women should be leading by example. Yelling, huffing puffing while waiting in line, getting angry that a cashier made a simple mistake is not cute! It’s Pathetic! Please do better or stay your butt at HOME"
