"This lady is only good to sell clothes but never to do business with her that will require higher customer service skills. I rented her place to host my parents anniversary and less than a WEEK before, after invitations went out and everything was purchased and ready for that weekend SHE CANCELED MY PARTY! Yes! She canceled on me stating her partner booked another event the same day. She begged me to work with her to move my event for the day before and knowing I was going to have people not being able to attend anymore, I agreed just to work with her and also to celebrate my parents. the agreements was that the venue was going to be decorated the day before and she was going to send me pictures. The same day of the event I texted her in the morning just to find out the venue wasn't going to be ready until 8:30PM the DAY OF THE EVENT! The musicians were booked to arrive at 7pm! Because I rented the venue from 6pm to 12am.So in her mind she had me pay $2k for 4 hrs use on a very small space. After a long argument and her being rude and hanging up the phone on me she agreed to have it ready by 7pm. I arrived to the venue and the cups were dirty! They were not washed! The plates were dirty the curtains were disgusting and the lady helping out had a horrible smell like bad hygiene. PLEASE DO NOT RENT THIS VENUE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH HER. You will regret it. She seems so polite at first until she gets your money and you have no choic.. It was a nightmare dealing with her."
