"BUYER BEWARE!! DESERVES 0 STARS.. MISREPRESENTS QUALITY AND BRAND OF PRODUCTS. Called to verify a specific brand of part and was assured it was this particular brand. After receiving part found it was not in fact the quality brand that I asked for and assured it was. Plus the part was 3 times the amount of any other seller of the cheap part. On another occasion asked about another high quality brand of suspension bushing ans was assured it was that brand, after receiving the parts they were Scan Tech and at least double the price. BUYER BEWARE!!! DISHONEST and will tell you want you want to hear to sell you low quality parts at top dollar or above Volvo dealer pricing"

"Unclear descriptions on webpage they sell used parts and don’t describe them as such. Nowhere does it say they are used, except on the bottom of the page it says we sell new and used parts. After calling they say you have to call them ahead of time to find out whether or not the parts you are ordering are new or used. They don’t refund or cover return shipping even though the description is incorrect. So just beware that it might be a used part and you are ok"

"Maybe avoid buying from this place. I used this place for parts for years. The quality was a little low (parts didn't fit well and tail lights melted after short use), but at least he had parts for old Volvos. That all changed when I tried to return a part. I bought a new seat upholstery cover since his listing claimed it was a 100% match to the original. I had purchased these covers about five times before. This time, what I received was a different seat cover from the original altogether. Tried to return it, and he delayed getting back to me. Then he blamed everyone else under the sun for the mishap saying "No one wants to do their job anymore". Then he agreed to take it back and offer a replacement. BUT THEN he denied taking it back since my upholstery installer slid the cover over the seat to check the fit and discovered the differences from the original cover. He claimed it had been "installed" so wouldn't take it back. Long story shorter, he got foul and made it hard to get a refund. I got a refund after two months of talking with Amazon. Two stars for at least having old car parts for me in the past but then ruining a business relationship with a foul attitude."

"Bought a part from Alex, which I received fine. Didn't need the part and returned it and requested a refund. Called to check on it since I shipped it UPS and Alex was very rude, condescending, and talks the same time you are talking. ZERO customer service. I filed a complaint with my credit card company to get my refund and I will get any future parts from other companies. Buyer Beware and watch out for Alex who has no integrity nor follow up. Alex is the owner apparently and then responds to his own reviews saying he was in the office when the call happened and from his perspective it was fine. Also, try to state that the accent was the problem but it wasn't. Of course he was because he was the one on the call! This guy is the ultimate narcissist and manipulator and has deceptive behavior. Check out his horrible reviews on Birdeye.com. Terrible review in the last 6 months which confirms my experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"
