"I don’t even shop here. Never walked in. But, 13 months ago, this store location allowed two people to open a credit card in person in my name with no ID and spend the limit. It happened at another Burlington location as well and at least twice to victims at the harlem Ave location. Now, a year later, in 2024, I was notified by Burlington’s bank by mail that the criminals tried to extend the credit of the illegal cancelled card and tried to open another one in my name. FISHY - quite interesting that the employees let this happen, isn’t it? The card was not opened online. It was done inside the stores."

"Store manager was extremely rude and even though I had receipts because it wasn't the exact receipt, I could not return what I had purchased and when I mentioned to just use the same credit card that I used before, he refused to do so, so I got stuck with the clothes that were defected."

"I must say I love Burlington for all that they have to offer. Unfortunately, the manager here at the Norridge location is not a good offering. She is unpleasant has an attitude when asked a question I went in today to pick up my layaway, but I had in for $350. Unfortunately, I didn’t look at my receipt to see that the layaway but I had previously put in Was due on the 17th which I’m a day late OK understandable it is 2 PM and I’m here to pick it up. It’s all put on the floor so I re-shop I end up spending $500. This is not a fairytale or a lie I just want someone to know that this manager is unpleasant and very hateful , she’s rude. I will still shop here. Hopefully I don’t have to run into her."

"Burlington Coat Factory is undergoing a renovation to the exterior. Burlington looks closed but it is still open with normal business hours. I always find this place as interesting selection of goofy things to buy, clothes for work and everyday apparel. Burlington is way underrated for the amount of holiday decorations they carry and they have them at reasonable prices."
